Stothard Court is a supported living community in Crookes, Sheffield, providing safe, comfortable accommodation for adults who benefit from independent living support. Our purpose-built scheme offers residents the opportunity to enjoy greater independence while receiving the support they need to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
We believe that everyone deserves the chance to feel at home, remain connected to their community, and make their own choices about how they live. For over three decades, Stothard Court has supported individuals with a range of physical and mental health needs. As the needs of our residents and the wider community continue to evolve, we are committed to developing our services to ensure they remain responsive, inclusive, and person-centred.
Our focus is on creating the right environment for both current and future residents, with careful planning to ensure our accommodation, support, and staffing continue to meet changing needs and expectations.

Supporting more people across the
local community
As part of our commitment to meeting growing demand, we are exploring opportunities to extend our support beyond Stothard Court and work with adults with disabilities who are living in their own homes across Crookes and the wider Sheffield area.
Many people wish to maintain the independence that comes with having their own home while still benefiting from personalised support. We aim to develop flexible, community-based services that help individuals live independently, remain connected to their local community, and achieve their personal goals.
Our vision is to provide high-quality support that is tailored to each person's needs, whether that involves assistance with daily living, building confidence and life skills, accessing education or employment opportunities, or maintaining social connections. By expanding our reach into the community, we hope to support more people to live fulfilling, independent lives in the place they call home.
Through this approach, we can build on our longstanding experience in supported living while responding to the changing needs of adults with disabilities and their families throughout the local area.
