Supported Living Accommodation

Stothard Court offers purpose-built supported living accommodation in the heart of Crookes in Sheffield, close to local shops and next to breathtaking views across the Bolehills. Residents enjoy the privacy and independence of their own home while benefiting from a safe and supportive environment.

 

Our accommodation is designed to promote:

We recognise that every resident is unique, and we tailor our support to help each individual achieve the level of independence that is right for them.

 

Our flats are currently fully occupied, but please get in touch if you would like to be put on a waiting list for future consideration.

Personalised Support

Our experienced and compassionate team provides support that is tailored to individual requirements. We work closely with residents, families, advocates, and professionals to ensure support remains responsive and effective.

 

Support may include:

Our focus is always on enabling people to do as much as possible for themselves while providing the assistance they need to succeed.

Community-Based Support

We are developing services for adults with disabilities who live independently in their own homes across Crookes and the wider Sheffield area.

 

This flexible support allows individuals to remain in their chosen home while receiving practical and personalised assistance to help them live safely, confidently, and independently.

 

Support can be tailored to suit individual circumstances and may include:

  • Help with everyday tasks
  • Developing independent living skills
  • Support with appointments and accessing services
  • Community participation
  • Building social networks and reducing isolation
  • Achieving personal goals and aspirations

By extending our support into the local community, we aim to help more people enjoy greater independence while remaining connected to the places and people that matter most to them.
