Stothard provides a supported environment that allows tenants with varying ranges of ability to pursue as independent a life as possible. The well-being and safety of tenants is a paramount concern.
Our tenants are independent adults. They are also our clients, with a range of dependencies that vary with each individual. We must respect their independence, and support them appropriately where it is needed, both at the same time. Learning how to work with this changing balance is a continuing challenge for all of who work with us.
